First, we teach.

More than anything else, Compliance Check is a training organization. 

We not only train agents on the various Compliance Check topics but also teach them how to utilize their knowledge with a proven sales and marketing strategy.

Basic Compliance Check training is split into two 4 day classes, we call them Phase 1 and 2. We have been holding these classes regularly since 2001. The classes are available in two formats, on-line or in-person. The on-line classes are conducted using our proprietary eTraining system which allows a high degree of interaction with our training staff during the training session. Our in-person classes are held at various locations throughout the country and are the preferred training method for most agents.

There is no requirement that you attend the classes in any particular order or that you attend the courses in back-to-back months.  We cover different material in each class, you may attend them in any order and at whatever interval works best for you.

By offering a predictable schedule of courses, agency owners and managers are able to schedule their agents for training without disrupting agency operations.  Furthermore, agency owners and managers know that when they hire a new agent, they can get them into training right away to maximize their opportunity for success.

As part of our commitment to help agency owners and managers better understand Compliance Check and the sales process, we started our Compliance Check Test Drive program in 2006.  Under this program, we allow prospective agencies in open territories to participate in one of our 4 day "in-person" Compliance Check training courses at no charge and with no commitment.
