
The Compliance Check program consists of 20 different "modules" each module represents a different type of risk that a business may be exposed to.
By focusing on specific modules, an agent is able to help a business with an issue that is important to them. Each module consists of many separate components. Generally these components are:
Handout - this is a marketing piece an agent would use when visiting a client or prospect to introduce them to a topic.
Mini Proposal - this presentation allows you to give a 15 minute overview of a topic. The purpose is not to touch every possible angle but simply to help someone understand enough to want your help without using scare tactics.
Audit - when someone is interested in help on a topic, the audit provides you with a logical structured method of ascertaining how much risk exists for that client or prospect in regards to that module.
Administration Kit - this is the generic term we use for the solutions. Each module has a variety of tools and forms that can be used to help the company correct their deficiencies to reduce their risk going forward, there is nothing however that we can do about problems that have already occurred, for that, an employer needs to contact an attorney.
